My Affiliate Program

This information will help me better understand you and those you serve. 

Affiliate Program Details:

• 40% on my meditation courses

• 10% on "Membership & Community."

• 10% on my "One-time sessions."

• 10% on brokers and second-tier affiliates

• These commission percentages and my affiliate program will remain in effect until I decide to raise prices. When that happens, I will inform my affiliates about the details of the new program. 

   

  How it works: 

• Please email me the necessary information to review your request, and I will respond accordingly. Since this is my life's work that I am promoting—not just a product—I want to ensure that the affiliates I collaborate with have integrity in their work, audience, and intentions.

• If your audience seems like a good match for my work, I will provide you with the necessary links to use on your social media, email swipes for promoting to your email list, and the link to access your affiliate account.

• Once you receive your affiliate links, you can track your monthly sales. The links I provide will include cookies to help track any sales generated from your personalized links. Each personalized affiliate link features a 60-day cookie, meaning that any purchases made within this timeframe will be credited to your account.

• The system will record all sales generated from your links and calculate the commissions owed to you.

•  You can download a report from the platform that includes all statistics related to your links, including details on purchasers, total sales, clicks, and conversions.

• You will receive your payment for the previous month by the 15th.

• For brokers, I will issue the 10% commission once I have completed the work and received payment. If I receive monthly payments for the job, I will also pay my brokers every month.

• If the amount is less than $50.00, I will wait until it accumulates to that amount before issuing a payment.

Brokerage: 

• I offer a 10% commission on profits to anyone who successfully promotes my meditation products on reputable platforms and introduces me to potential affiliates.

• Additionally, I offer a 10% commission to anyone who books me for events or contracts with companies or organizations. 

• It's essential to connect me with the person you arranged for me to work with. When I start communicating with them, they should already be familiar with my work and ready to discuss how collaborating with me could benefit them, including the possibility of a contract.

• I offer a 10% commission to anyone who introduces me to an affiliate, company, or organization interested in promoting my current meditation programs to their followers, staff, or clients. This arrangement is considered a second-tier affiliate program or a broker.

• Partnerships can be established through individual contractual agreements. If the individuals you refer sign up as my affiliates, the second-tier affiliate who referred them will automatically receive a 10% commission on the sales made by the person they referred.

• Affiliate commissions are paid by the 30th of each month for the sales made in the previous month.

• For contractual work, commissions are paid after I complete the job and receive payment for my services, with the percentage calculated based on my profits from that contract.

Your Agreements: 

You agree to the following terms:

• You agree not to misrepresent me, my work, my ability, your relationship with me, or my intentions.

• You will not spam my material.

• You will not slander or speak negatively about me, my work, my business, or my character.

• You will not use aggressive tactics to sell my work.

•  If you have any issues with me, please address them via DM and give me a 30-day grace period to resolve them. 
• You agree to uphold the integrity of my work, character, and reputation. 
• You agree not to take legal action against me.

I reserve the right to terminate our collaboration if any broker, second-tier affiliate, or affiliate lacks integrity or misrepresents me, our relationship, or my work. This includes using spam, harassment, bribery, or engaging in any unethical or illegal practices to conduct business.
