I want to talk about what it's like for me when I see a couple together, or friends or siblings, when two people come together. A connection is made. There is this person, and there's that person, and there's the together, the who. You are together.
That's why sometimes when somebody leaves, maybe leaves that dynamic, there can be incredible pain for the other. So this person is still really connected. This person has decided to cut the connection and go this way. And so this person is hurting because it's sort of like you're losing a part of yourself. And that's what it's like when these bonds are formed.
There are ways to have dynamics with people that are very healthy. You can have healthy dynamics, healthy connections, healthy cords that uplift and support both people. A lot of times, that's not the case because of our life experiences. We've all had stories. We all have paths. We all have triggers. And sometimes it's these traumas, these triggers, these stories, these events that can bring people together.
And so sometimes they're bonded by trauma or.
Lack or fear or something, something other than a healthy dynamic. And we can look at these things. And that doesn't necessarily mean that when you break those bonds, you won't form healthier bonds, because you can.
I like to take people to a healthier connection with each other. Or if they decide they don't want to be together, to help them release with love.
I don't encourage people to hang on to the past and hold on to resentments, because I know the damage that it does to the person who is doing the hurting,
I know the damage that it does on an energetic level, mental-emotional level, and on a physical level.
So my encouragement always is to get to the place of peace, presence here and now. And if you guys can make healthier bonds and make new decisions that come together as a couple, that is great.
It's simple, but not easy. Change sometimes isn't necessarily easy. The steps can be simple, but we want to be patient with ourselves. We want to be clear on what we want, and we want to stay focused on the positive intent that we have for ourselves and for each other.
And we want to go back into a place of love each and every time that we can with each other,
because that can set us and rebalance us. And even as changes are happening, we can still feel comfortable
and allow each other the growth that's taking place. And when sometimes people change together, that doesn't mean they're changing exactly the same way.
It just means they're both evolving and changing into maybe the next version of themselves.
A lot of times, the next version of herself we're not thinking about consciously. It's just happening. It's like we're getting older or getting grumpy or getting something, or we want to be conscious about it. We can come better with age, more mature, happier, lighter, better.
We make those decisions consciously because if we don't do it consciously, it's going to happen on some other level. We're still making a decision. We're just not conscious of the decisions we are making. When we make those decisions conscious. We have a very powerful position to be in inner dynamics as an individual and within our dynamics with other people, especially in our dynamics with other people, because we don't want to hurt each other.
And sometimes people who really love each other hurt each other. And we do it because we're not thinking about what it is that we're doing. We're not even aware, sometimes, of the energy we're projecting, the thoughts we're having, and how they affect each other and the cords we're connecting with. We want to let each other grow.
We want to give each other space, but then we want to be connected. So there's a nice healthy balance, and we can find that.
So I look forward to working with you. Much warmth, much love, and joy.
Your loved ones.
