I help you heal your Sacral Chakra, your 2nd Chakra. I do this at a distance using different modalities of NLP, pranic healing, and Reiki healing, along with the power of Grace, to open, clear, restructure, rebalance, and affirm your base chakra. I also work with its element of water and the color orange to help you feel better emotionally and enhance your vital energy.
You can do this with me in a session or by joining my membership live meditations or by following along with my guided meditations in my "7 Chakra Meditation App"

Today's topic is going to be about our second chakra, or sacral chakra
If you've been following me, you know that we have layers to us. We have a physical body; outside the physical body is the aura, and within the aura, there are seven layers.
Our sacral chakra is connected to the emotional body, which is the second layer. So the sacral chakra is the second chakra connected to the second level of the energetic body, which is the emotional body. This center is where we process and handle our emotions. It is located below the belly button but above the pelvic bone. It is bright orange, and it brings healthy, vibrant life force energy into the spinal column, into the physical body, and into the organs connected to the second chakra. It also brings vibrant health into our emotional body.
So when we work with our second chakra and the emotional body, our intention is to keep it open to the right size and shape, allowing us to have a very present-moment emotional system. When the emotional system is in the present moment, not toting around energies, memories, traumas, and stored emotions from the past, we can be present with our energetic system.
In the emotional body, we have the greatest potential to have that be a guide to let us know which way is appropriate for us to go and which is not. We have a very healthy gut instinct; that's really what that is.
We have a feeling in the belly that lets us know that something's okay or something's not okay, and that really is connected to the emotional body, which is another level of awareness and part of our intuition. So the value of putting our attention into the sacral chakra and exploring the chakra and the emotional body gives us an opportunity to really understand how we're feeling about our situations.
This is about our emotional expression. Whereas up here in the fifth chakra, we express ourselves with words. We express our truth. We express our values. We express what we know. Here, in the second chakra, we really express our moods and emotions through an emotional system.
That's why when we're in a state of joy, it's palpable, and why when we are raging, that's also palpable. Our emotional states can be felt, and we can express ourselves with our emotions. By allowing ourselves to know what's happening in the chakra and in the second body, it lets us understand what we're really thinking and feeling about something.
So when we come and sit in our second chakra, it gives us an opportunity to understand what we're feeling, and what we're feeling on an unconscious level too; we can get in touch with those emotions and those thoughts. You can do that with me, through a session, or you can do it by putting your attention on your chakra and allowing yourself to sense and feel what is going on in this chakra so you can release unwanted, unconscious, negative thinking/feeling.
Through the emotions, we often understand what we're thinking because emotions can be a direct response to the thoughts we're thinking.
So if we're having thoughts that are making us upset, those negative thoughts will then usually translate into an emotion. This is where the NLP skills I implement are very helpful.
When we experience disempowering emotions such as frustration, disgust, disappointment, exasperation, or depression, these emotions can be triggered by unconscious thoughts or environmental triggers.
You see, we have our thoughts, and our thoughts then have an emotion connected to them, and sometimes when we sit and look at the emotion, it helps us understand what subconscious patterns of thought are happening on the mental level. So all the layers are connected to each other because the layer above it overlays the lower layers, each affecting the other.
We have the physical body; outside the physical body is the etheric body, and the etheric body imbues the physical body. Outside the etheric body is the emotional body, which is the one we're talking about. The emotional body imbues the etheric body and the physical body.
Outside the emotional body is the mental body, and the mental body imbues the emotional body, the etheric body, and the physical body.
So you can see how our emotions are affected by our thoughts. The thoughts that we have then translate down to an emotion. The emotion then translates down, sometimes allowing energy to move through, or blocking energy from moving through, some of the heavier, denser, negative emotions that are not in alignment with our true nature.
So when we have negative thinking about ourselves and about our environment, about other people, and that negative thinking tends to produce negative emotions, and we feel those emotions in the emotional body. We can then uncover those subconscious thought patterns through the emotions. And that's part of the guidance system that it has for us: it lets us know what the deeper thoughts are that we might not have conscious awareness of in the moment that we're experiencing the subconscious thought.
The other thing that happens in the emotional body is that we can sometimes just absorb the emotions that are around us. Our emotions are very much contagious.
So if we're in a family unit and the family unit has a depressive energy, you know, sometimes it's very hard for one member of the family to be elated when everybody else in the family barely has the strength to get up and get through a day. Sometimes those emotional patterns of a family or an environment, like a work environment, a community, they can be felt and absorbed by each other when we're in a relationship to each other.
So that's why we can have mass amounts of people going through emotions together.
Part of that is that, on a vibrational level, each emotion has a frequency, and we can stimulate those frequencies in each other.
So that's why sometimes, when you're around somebody who's very optimistic, you either are repulsed by them and don't wanna be around them because they're too happy, or you like being around them because they help bring up your spirit. It brings up the vibration of your own emotional body, and it just feels better being around somebody who's actually happy.
By going into the chakra and exploring this, we can make these unconscious thought patterns and emotional patterns, um, see what they are, and we can also see the origin of them if we need to. Most times we just wanna let things go, just let it out of the system, which is where doing regular meditation on your sacral chakra can really help.
The more we go into our second chakra and really explore our feelings, the more we have an opportunity to clear out a system that might be congested with emotional patterns from the past and those emotional patterns from the past could be very much limiting you in the expressions that you're wanting to have today, a feeling of connectedness and health in the body and health in our expression or emotional expressions. Because we want that for a full life.
So if you wanted some assistance with your sacral chakra, I can assist you in my live meditations in my membership, or through a session with me, or you can self-pace by gaining access to my meditation system.
You know, the Base Chakra was about our physical health, physical fitness, our ability to move, and to know that we exist and that we have value for being here; we exist. Then here in this chakra, this is about I feel, and it's about allowing ourselves the right to feel, allowing ourselves the right to want. Because when we allow ourselves to feel, we allow ourselves to want, and it's appropriate to want things in a way that then inspires us to create what we're wanting.
Wanting is the inspiration for the drive to do all the steps that we need to do to manifest our goals and our desires; it's part of being human. We do get in trouble when the wanting gets warped, but we can clear any kind of distortions in that field in those states of desiring to feel, to want, to feel pleasure, um, and beautiful self-expression of emotional states, and we do that through the sacral chakra.
The element of the chakra is water, which is very fitting because there are very fluid movements. In our emotional states, we can move from one emotion to another rather quickly. We don't always feel stable and solid in our emotional body. That's not where we're gonna find stability at all, because the emotions are in response to our thinking, response to the environment, response to habits. It's very much in relationship to other things.
So stability in this chakra isn't really what we're going for. What we want in the chakra is fluidity, and allowing that fluidity to not have to be consistent or stable in the emotional body, and letting the emotions do what they do and indicate to you what they're trying to indicate to you.
And in the meditations I have created, I do work with the element of water in the second chakra to help us move energy through the chakra, allow for that filling up of the emotional body to clear it. And one of the things that we do is we do work with the elements because we wanna work with all these different, uh, ideologies when it comes to these systems as well as just work with pure intention.
With your power of focus, you can bring about health, ease, and comfort into the body, and we want to bring health and comfort into the body, and one of the ways that we do it is balancing the chakras.
And our second chakra is a great one to balance because we wanna give ourselves permission to feel, to have that level of, um, emotional awareness. We need to be emotionally aware.
I look forward to meditating with you,
Kim Owen
