Meditation Practices to Clear The MInd and Make Better Decisions
Oct 25, 2026Mental clarity is essential for making thoughtful decisions, staying grounded, and moving through life with intention. Yet with so much mental noise and distraction, it can be easy to feel scattered or insecure. Meditations for mental health offer a powerful way to observe your thoughts, quiet the mental noise, reconnect with yourself, and create space for clearer thinking. In this post, we’ll explore how meditation can support mental clarity through both mindful awareness and energetic practices, helping you feel more centered, focused, and aligned.
Mental clarity is important because we make decisions regularly and need to be as clear as possible. Meditation is a wonderful way to clear your mind and support ongoing mental clarity.
There are different meditation techniques. One is a mindful meditation practice to clear our minds. We want to work at the level of the mind because the mind can be slippery at times, and we want clear seeing, clear knowing, and clear thinking. In a mindful meditation practice, we can develop that.
One of the ways we do that is through observing the mind. This is a very common way to use meditation. As we breathe, put our attention on the breath and on the body, and observe the thinking and observe the mind, we begin to understand that the mind has thoughts that run, but we are not the mind, and we are not the thoughts it runs. We are conscious, sentient beings.
One way we gain mental clarity is by not believing everything that comes to mind. We take time to clear the mind through meditation, using intention, focus, and practice. That is one of the ways that we approach having clarity of mind.
Another way we can approach this is at the energy level. If you want to address that within the aura, you would do that on a chakra and energy body level. The chakras you would want to focus on for clearer thinking are the third, sixth, and seventh chakras. We would work predominantly with those three chakras, along with the energy bodies connected to them and all the minor chakras within those energy bodies, to start. That would be a very healthy place to begin if you want clarity of mind. If you want to address your mental health through your subtle bodies, you can assess it using our Aura & Minor Chakras or my 7 Core Chakra meditation app.
If you want access to meditations to work on gaining clarity of mind through the energy field, definitely do a clearing for your aura and minor chakras. Doing the seven core chakra meditations would also really help. You can gain access to my guided meditations to help you clear your mind and aura in my membership:
Those are the three chakras that you would work with and the energy bodies connected to them, but you would also want to work with the whole aura because every system connects to each other. The healthier the entire system is, the clearer you’re going to be with any decisions that you make. It’s going to help with your clarity of thought, mind, and focus.
We want to be clear. We make far better decisions when we’re clear, and meditation practice can get you there.
A reminder: don’t get discouraged if you sit down for a couple of weeks and still don’t have the level of mental clarity, inner knowing, or vision you want. It may take some practice and time. We have habits—habits we’re not even conscious of. Those are habits of thinking, believing, doing, and perceiving, and we begin to change them because much of that blocks clear thinking.
I do have a series of meditations to clear your mind, and they are currently in the membership and community site. So the encouragement here is to use breathwork techniques during your guided meditations to gain mental clarity. You can do that through your energy system, and you can do that by working on the level of the mind. I have meditations to help you in both areas and both ways, or you can work with me directly.
Mental clarity is not something we force—it is something we cultivate with patience, practice, and self-compassion. Through mindful meditation, we can learn to quiet the mind, observe our thoughts with greater awareness, and create balance in our mind-body connection.
The more consistently we are in our presence practice, the more space we create for clear thinking, confident decisions, and deeper inner knowing. Wherever you are on your journey, trust that each moment you spend in meditation helps you move toward greater clarity, peace, and alignment.
I look forward to meditating with you,
