How to Use Meditation to Manifest New Possibilities
Sep 13, 2026Meditation is a technique used in manifesting; it gives us something many of us don’t realize we need: space to become the observer of our thoughts. In this post, we’ll explore how meditation helps create peace in the mind, relaxation in the body, and space in our energy field so we can become more self-aware. We release what no longer serves us, and begin making new choices that align with our higher self and what we truly want to create.
Self-awareness is so important when we want to manifest something new, and an effective way to cultivate it is through meditation. We can use meditation as an opening to make new choices by allowing ourselves space. We use meditation to create space around us—energetic space, space around our thinking, our bodies, and our emotions. We create space.
In that space, we have an opportunity to really see what we’re doing with our subtle energy system. What frequencies do we hold? What patterns are we running? We can see all of that when we meditate and start to give ourselves space—space from the patterns, space from the negative emotions, and space from our other obsessive thinking. We start to see that there are us, the experiences we’re having, and the space between us.
When we can do that, we have an opportunity to clear out what’s in our Subtle energy system and emotional body and begin manifesting the experiences you are want to for yourself.
So when we meditate together for manifestation, we get very clear about what we’re choosing for ourselves. That, in itself, can help us make new sets of choices, simply by contemplating what we prefer.
- Come join me in meditation for manifestation in my Meditation Membership. You will have access to my live events and the meditations I facilitate.
So, let’s say you’re going along and you think you’d like to have a little bit more success, a little bit more vitality, or a little bit more time for your family, yourself, and for life—for living. Whatever it is that you’re choosing for yourself, you’re making a new choice. Give yourself permission to make the choice.
First, we give ourselves permission to make the choice, and when we do meditations for manifestation, we work with our emotions because they are an important part of our manifestations. We let go of anything that might be blocking us from the manifestation, and we allow ourselves to cultivate what having that manifestation would feel like in the body. We want to feel it in the body.
And we can do that through a meditation practice where we start to play with ideas. Playing with ideas is one of the first steps in manifestation, because we begin to notice which ideas feel right to us, look right, and seem right. Does that vision for the self feel good in the body? Do you feel excited about it? Do you want to move in that direction, or do you recoil?
So when we go to make changes and new choices, we look and see, and we use meditation as an opportunity to try something on, like a dressing room. We give ourselves the opportunity to glimpse into the future—a potential future self. What would that be like? What is the sense of it? And when we do that, we can let go of what’s blocking us from manifesting it. We let go of vibrations that are not in alignment with what we’re choosing, and then we cultivate—make bigger—the vibrations and frequencies that feel good.
So let’s say the change in direction you’re considering is a career in a particular field. And the idea of being in that field makes you very excited and very happy, and when you imagine yourself in it, you feel like you’d get up every day and look forward to life. That is a cue that it might be a good direction for you to go in—the ones that make you happy and excited.
So it gives you an opportunity to try on what these manifestations would be like. And then when you find one, and you go, “Yeah, that feels like it. That feels like a fit for me for the next stage, the next year, the next century,” whenever you’re trying to manifest—what would that feel like for you? What do you believe it would feel like? Then you cultivate that within yourself, and you bring it in on a feeling level.
On a thought level and a feeling level inside the body, that creates a vibration and a frequency, and you create patterns for what it is that you’re choosing.
So we use meditation to get clear on what we’re choosing for ourselves, and then we use meditation to clear whatever is blocking us from that choice. Then we use meditation to cultivate what we want—to call it to us, to cultivate the feeling and the vibration, to focus our attention on it. We can do that intently in the moment and in a meditation practice.
So that’s another thing that meditations can do for us. If I haven’t convinced you to meditate so far, I will soon enough. There’s more to come.
So thank you for joining me. Thank you for participating in this encouragement series, and know that I have created multiple meditation programs with the intent of helping you create the frequency and vibration in your energy field, cultivate the emotional states you’re looking for, and live meditations that will support manifestation.
So there are different ways to get involved with my meditations. One is the meditation app. You can do individual programs, or you can do the membership that gives you access to all of them at once. And then you also have access to live meditations.
So the meditations are there and available to help you create the space, clear what’s not working, cultivate what you’re choosing, and manifest your desires. We can do all of that, and we do, through the different meditations I have available for you.
Meditation gives us something many of us don’t realize we need: space. When life feels busy, emotional, or repetitive, it can be hard to see our patterns clearly or recognize that we have the power to choose differently. In this post, we’ll explore how meditation helps create space in the mind, body, and energy field so we can become more aware, release what no longer serves us, and begin making new choices that align with the life we truly want to create.
I look forward to meditating with you.
